What I ate Today to Balance my Juice Cleanse

So far, I’ve done a much better job of balancing a good combination of both food and juice, unlike yesterday. Here is a list of everything I had today or myself.

  • One Belvita bar
  • Two cups of water
  • A cup of day two juice
  • A cup of oatmeal (no additional flavoring
  • Kale chips
  • A cups of blueberries
  • A stalk of celery
  • Spinach wrap

In the future, we’ll see how much what I ate today, which was, relatively healthy, will affect the overall result of my juice cleanse.
